BT creates Wi-Fi community throughout U.K.

According to News.com, BT has finnally approved sharing of broadband connections, so that Fon's community can extend its coverage thoughout U.K. If I am not wrong, major cities of U.K. is also covered by millions of video cameras. How about making the cameras sharable too, so that people can have a look at any places any time? There must be strong resistance from all kinds of travel agencies, if not from privacy advocates.
