WMVReEnc converts MPEG file to WMV and needs Windows Media Encoder 9. The link is a trial version for one month. By the settings provided as it is, only reduced size of output is available.
In fact, by Window Media Encode 9 itself, we can convert mpg file to wmv. But the problem is its speed. For a clip of about 3 minutes, it taks more than 6 minutes to complete the "pass 1", and then another 20 minutes also for "pass 2". All on a Lenovo T61 notebook PC with Core2 Duo@2.00GHz and 1GB RAM.
