The location is the best for us to get around. But it took us quite some to find, after arriving at the Madison Square Garden station. It is difficult to find anything among the skyscrapers anyway.
The room is miserably tiny, when compared to hotels in smaller city. The wireless service was down for some time, and the help desk did not help much.
The air conditioner worked too hard and there was no way to stop it. Maybe it is simply because of the problem of the controller. I did not need any cover for the first night of sleep there, and still sweat a lot.
What amazed me more is that the second evening when we returned back to the room, the cooler has been switched on! No wonder people says that America consume energy the most in the world.
One lesson learned: one has to bring tooth brush and tooth paste to travel in U.S. And the other lesson: the tooth paste must be small! I have got one confiscated at one of the airports, but not at the airport before it though.
