KIRINの「淹れたて瞬間冷却」(「淹れたてのうまさを封じ込めるために」だそうです)というアイス缶コーヒーがありますが、98度の液体をどれだけの瞬間で8度まで冷却出来るものでしょうか?また、どれだけのエネルギーを使うのでしょうか?
To "seal" the taste of freshly made coffee, Kirin's Iretate Shunkan Reikyaku (instantly cooled (coffee)) claims to cool "instantly" the coffee from 98 celcius degree down to 8 celcius degree. Just wonder how they can do it, and how much energy is needed.
