Japan never lacks misterious and uncomprehensible events. Here is a mystry about spreading money (all in 10 thousand yen bills) over local governments' city halls. The money is put in an evelop, with a letter saying that it is for "aliment of discipling traning", and from inherited property. Dozents of evelops have been found, all in toilets of city halls of local government. So far, a total of 3.72 million yen at 43 locations have been found! Isn't there a better way to spend the money, if the owner truly wants to be charitable? If it is by the same person, how much has he/she spend traveling all over Japan? The good news is that this is more of a blessing mystry than a depressing one.
