Katsuhiko Ono - 大野勝彦

Having lost both hands and most of upper arms, he did not fall into endless depression, but found a new way of living. Katsuhiko Ono started to use brush writing and painting almost right after the unfortune accident. He used to write his wish to ask god giving him both hands back, just for one day, to thank people who have been affected by his accident and lost, and to shake hands with them.

What have we been doing with our healthy hands? How much are we appreciating our almost flawless health? I used to suffer many inconveniences even from having my palm cut. I have been appreciating healthy much better ever since. But still, the appreciation is far from those who are suffering from their lost of health.
If there were ever gods, I would not prey for his protect, forgiveness or help, just convey my appreciation of the creation of the world including me. The only preyer I would have would be to ask god to help everybody to appreciate life more.
